VCLIcks Editing Guidelines

Kindly review the following editing details in their entirety. All timelines are calculated from the date of payment or the inputs provided, whichever occurs later.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Photos: Delivered 4-8 weeks after payment.
  • Videos: Delivered 8-16 weeks after song selection.


Deliverables


Photos


  • We will select and edit images. The final edited images will be shared through an online gallery.
  • Raw footage is not provided unless paid for separately, as outlined in the package details.


Videos

Teaser/Cinematic/Highlights Video (3-7 minutes).


  • You will need to select 2-3 songs only. No changes can be made to the songs after editing. This is why we provide song options upfront. If you need assistance selecting the songs, please let us know in advance.


Strict Policy: We do not add any photos or phone clips to the video. This policy is strictly followed.


  • If there is any mistake from our end (such as incorrect songs, missed edits, etc.), we will re-edit to correct the issue.
  • Please make sure always download a copy of Video.
  • Changes are allowed once only, and must be requested within 7 days of receiving the video. We accept only minor changes (e.g., small edits or corrections).
  • The 7-day deadline is firm. No re-edits will be made after this period unless additional fees are paid.
  • Any additional changes after the first round will incur an extra charge (unless the changes are due to a mistake on our part).


Important Notes

While we strive to create videos that meet your expectations, please understand that perfection may not always be achievable due to variations in captured footage, No of Hours, Weather, Lighting and situations. However, we will work diligently to align the final product with your vision, as long as you are flexible with the guidelines outlined above.
